This Green Smoothie is super yummilicious! You can't even taste the spinach in it PROMISE!! The juice, coconut water and fruit completely cover up the taste. My kiddos love it and my HUSBAND loves it too! That is really saying something if the hubs likes it!!!!
Green Smoothie
1 Cup Orange or Pineapple Juice
1 Cup COCOZIA coconut water
2 Cups Spinach
2 Cups Frozen Fruit of any kind
*A fun weight loss tip using a green smoothie is to have your green smoothie for DINNER!! Eat breakfast and lunch like you normally would and have your green smoothie for dinner. I always lose weight when I do this. Try it and let me know if it worked for you. Better yet try it for a week. I bet you lose 2-3 pounds!!
*This is my favorite recipe. Walmart has huge bags of frozen fruit mixes that are by far the best price for frozen fruit that I have seen. In addition, I also have every kind of frozen fruit in my freezer at all times so I can make any flavor combination I feel like that morning.

*If you use frozen fruit there is no need to add ice to your smoothie.
*If I am using fresh fruit I do 1 Cup of frozen fruit and then add whatever fresh fruit I desire.
